The following instructional is intended as a guide to help you connect to one of our technicians via our remote access software. N.B. Depending on the level of control your technician requires, steps 5 and 6 may not occur, in which case you may skip to step 7.

1. Open a web browser such as Edge, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome:

 

2. In the Address Bar navigate to http://support.einfinity.co.uk/help

It’s important you enter the address in the address bar of your browser and NOT a search box.

 

3. Towards the bottom of the screen you will have options to Run, Save and View. We want to select Run:

 

 

4. A box will pop up showing a connection being made, this part can take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection:

 

5. Click Yes on the popup box:

 

 

 

 

 

6. Click Yes again:

 

7. To allow desktop sharing, click Yes:

 

8. Finally, you’ll be presented with a box that shows that you have been successfully connected.

You may revoke a remote session at anytime by pressing either the large red ‘X’ above the conversation pane or by pressing the Pause/Break button on your keyboard.
